---> You can think about other things that makes you happy or sad so you will stop thinking about the computer .---> You can have a very cold and cooling drink , ice cream or ice cubes and open the air-con of your room . You can also shower with cold water . Coldness keep your minds clear .
---> Do something that you think is more important than your computer games . Much more important things .
That's all I know . I don't know if they works as I have not done any of this . But I wish these could help you to overcome addiction to Games .
