Everybody should have heard about the Haiti earthquake which occurred on Tuesday, 12 January 2010, at the time 16:53 local time. By 24 January, at least 52 aftershocks measuring 4.5 or greater had been recorded. By 12 Feb, eastimated ove 3 millionpeople were affected by the earthquake. An eastimaed 300,000 people were injured and 1,000,000 were homeless. This piece of news have spread across the globe and mant countries are sending reinforcementsto help cope the quake. While Singapore is protected by many countries around us for shelter. We are a very lucky country.
