I am not exactly addicted to gaming so I'm not really sure what'll work. You can try some of these though:
-Set time limits each time you start gaming. MAKE SURE YOU STICK TO IT.
-Get a hobby that will bring you outdoors. (no bringing notebooks please)
-Get rid of your gaming devices! Or if you can't bear to, just keep it out of your reach.
Well, I KNOW they are not that good, but just try it. After all, you'll never know till you try!
