Research show that many people are addicted to online games, even some of the adults, they don't go for work and they'll just stay at home and enjoy their games. Once a person is addicted to something, it is very difficult for him/her to overcome it. There are many ways to overcome addiction to games, some examples are:
1.Going out with friends to reduce the time you spend infront of your computer
2.Go out and exercise regularly, you can both reduce the time you spend infront of your computer and reduce the chances you get shortsighted by doing this.
3.Read books or study when your bored, instead of sitting infront of the computer.
If you really find it difficult to overcome your addiction to games in a short time, you can slowly reduce the time you spend infront of the computer everyday.
