Here are some ways to overcome addiction to games:
-keep a strict schedule
-play other outdoor activities ( cycling, jogging )
-discuss the problem (with parents, friends ) and ask them to help you
-hear some music when you are bored
-Switch to casual games ( board games ,etc ) instead of playing the computer games
Addiction is a BIG problem. I hope these ways will help you.

ReplyDeleteWell according to me if the kids what to play games then there should fixed session in the spare days that they can just get to play games and get there mind fresh.
