Everyone has a quote/tagline/slogan they, well, live by. Something that motivates them, that gets them going through adversities. It helps remind them to keep focus and not lose heart. Well mine happens to be by this American football coach name Vince Lombardi who said:
"WINNING IS NOT EVERYTHING, BUT WANTING TO WIN IS"
For Ms Mas, the quote encapsulates all that I believe in - that while the feeling of winning is exhilarating what's more invigorating is wanting to do one's best. While the latter might not always result in the desired success, one can move on with peaceful acceptance knowing that one has given one's best! This might sound really cliche; but the latter is indefinitely the bigger feat. And when one ultimately triumph over life's challenges relying on one's unwavering desire and effort, the winning taste that much sweeter! So now the question is; Are you with me 6Faith? ;)
