Woot!Space tourism!Finally!Its about time some guy started it.But $300 000 is a tad bit too much for just one person.OK,I know its space but,come on! $300 000 for one person?Too much if you ask me.Think of what you could do with that money.All the games and holiday destinations available to you.Okay,back to the topic.The design of the plane is very innovative.I don't anybody else could think of something like that.Only gigantic rockets.Maybe increase the max pax,make it cheaper,and it could be a success!But this may only give the idea that will kickstart the space tourism market.This is currently just a want kind of want.Not a real want.Too expensive.Still,in the near future,we may start seeing bigger companies developing and creating more economic,advanced and better planes.Right now,don't get so excited.

Congratulations to Mr Rutan! He has invented the SpaceShipTwo which takes tourists to space for $300,000. I want to go to space but there are other meaningful ways to spent  the $300,000 and going to space is a very thing to do.I would rather spend the $300,000 for my higher studies than to go to space and kill myself. I also like the way how the SpaceShipTwo starts off and enter the Earth.I think that Mr Rutan is clever and creative.

I cannot decide whether any of it is right but these are my views.

Sure it would be quite fun going to space but i think that it is very unnecessary to go to space for there is always a  chance that there might be a  lack of food, dehydration and many more.Besides if you have $300 000 imagine what you can buy with that money.Instead of spending that money some place where you are not sure you will come back alive.

Though if you are confident.It would be nice to poke around space for awhile.Thinking of all the interesting and unusual things you could find there like meteors ,UFO's and many more.It would definitely be an unforgettable experience.

I think that space tourism is very interesting but $300,000 is really a lot of money! I might not have enough money now but even in future, if I have enough money, I will not spend it on space tourism. I would rather spend the money buying more meaningful and useful things. But in future, when technology advances and the price of the tickets go down, I might go just ONE time. Also, it seems very dangerous and I do not want to spend so much money just to get myself killed!

Cinemas are always pack with people especially during the holidays. Cinemas are also one of the best place to distress and relax .  Last holiday, i also went to the cinema to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks 2 with my cousins and relatives. My favourite character is Theodore, the one wearing green and is (fat)...so cute and adorable.I like the plot of the story and i love to see the chipmunks performed! Eventhough they are tiny but they are very mischievous.It also thaught us to cherish our family relationship. There is one movie that i want to watch recently, it is Avatar. My brother had already watch it, but i didn't have the time to watch it ....what a waste. Fortunately, my brother had already told me about the story, it's very interesting and the graphic is wonderful! Hmm...I really hope to watch it if i had the chance. Anyway, going to the cinemas once in a while is also not a bad thing but going too often is also a waste of money, as the tickets are quite expensive.I am looking forward in seeing more interesting animation movies! :)

It is very interesting to have a spaceship to bring (rich) tourists to space, but a trip for $300,00. I wonder how Mr Branson and Mr Rutan ever had the idea of bringing (rich) tourists to space. Thou even if i have $300,000, i would not want to spend it on the ticket. I would rather spend my money meaningfuly. But i think it is a great achivement to both Mr Branson and Mr Rutan.

Richard and Burt had invented a space craft to take tourist to space for $300,000.There are two challenges to building the craft. first they have to go to space cheaply as rockets use too many fuels.So a mother ship called white knight will bring the space ship up and out of the earth atmosphereand launch the space ship.the space ship will then use its rocket to blast it higher.when it reach an attitude of 110 the fuel will burn out.the other challenge is coming down safely so the space ship will change into feather position.At 21.5km the space ship will change into glider mode and glide down to earth safely.

As a child, I will not have that amout of money,but even if I have $300,000,I will not spent on this as ridding on a spacecraft is dangerous.I can go when the ticket is much cheaper and more safer.

Both of them have even built an aircraft to travel in space. In 2011,those tourists who are interested to travel in space need to pay $300,000 per ticket willingly to travel in SpaceShipTwo to space. This SpaceShipTwo can carry six passengers .After,this spaceship reaches space, it will decend back to where it came from. Altough this plan sounds great ,but I do not even have $100,000. Maybe in the future ,I  have this sum of money to travel to space!

After reading this article , i think that space tourism is wonderful but it cost you as much as $300,000 per trip ! As a child i still cant afford this amount of money , but maybe in future i can, however if i have chance to go , i would not go ! Im pretty excited on what it will turn out to be in 2011. I think its practical not like Colin. Colin said that they will send people to pilot the craft that doesnt have any experience. But why would they do that? Why would they send people who doesnt have any experience? Might as well they dont build the aircraft. Its for (rich) ordinary people to explore the space. If i were rich, I would definitely spend $300,000 just to go to space.

 Alright,space tourism sounds cool but its risky.This might be needed when the world ends and we shall live on another planet.Although it sounds great,don't you think its crazy?Why let inexperienced people TOUR the galaxy?What if the plan failed?What if they mess things up?Even a rocket full of experienced astronauts crash in rockets what more have you got to say about tourists?If i had the money to blast the rocket,i'd rather use it to invest on other things than to risk your one and only life on a trip.Should you come back safe and attached but so what?You will just get the most memorable experience and your mind will be filled with beautiful space scenes.You arent going to Mars,just plain old atmosphere of earth.It aint worth it i must say but if people have just too much money to spend and also got some guts,go ahead.Even if it is possible,when will it be our turn?If there is a guarantee,why not?The biggest problem is who will guarantee?You know,Singaporeans are very much afraid of death.Lets see how safe the craft is going to be,before taking into considerations of whether it is worth it.

I think it will be a very good experience for us to visit the space, as not many people have seen the space. However, it will cost you as much as $300 000 to visit the space. I also think that it can be very dangerous sometimes, if something happens to the spacecraft. I would not pay such a large sum just to visit the space, even if i am very rich. I think the tickets will probably be a lot cheaper ten or twenty years later as the technology will be very advanced that time.

Although it says that it is cheaper and more ideal for those who wants to explore space.$300 000 is still not a small sum of money but is faster than spending years to train and become an astronaut.The space shuttle could carry six passengers and could be re-used for the next mission , it also carries a risk of breaking up when it travels back to earth. Richard Branson  had launched many companies which includes the Virgin Atlantic and now he is as one of Britain's most successful buisenessmen. Burt Rutan has worked as an engineer for the US air force and he had decided to set up his own company to build an aircraft. Mr Rutan has gone impatient to wait for NASA to suceed in human space exploration over the years and has decided to come up with his own idea. Now he is respected as a wizard of space travel.I hope to have enough money one day to travel in this space shuttle.

I think space tourism is great but it is too expensive. They should build  space ships like the oneessin star wars. It does not need to be very cool but at least it can bring us into space. Space is one of my favourite things.After reading this article,I think that Burt Rutan is a genius.Not only him,but also the person who invented shuttlecocks.I also can't believe it takes such a long time for NASA to create a cheaper way of space travel.When space tourism starts,I would like to go to space,although it may use up my savings.However, if it means having a fantastic experience to go to space and coming back safely,I think it is worth it.Rumour has it that this space shuttle is supposed to take off from Singapore but because of the economic recession,it was cancelled off.Here's hoping that Singapore will be able to have a launch pad for space shuttles soon.:)

I think it is fantastic to tour the space as we can see earth,stars and other planets.However, altough they said the pay of the tour become cheaper,it is still alot .I suppose that the rocket is safe because the inventors are trying to make safe as the badminton shuttlecocks and they are trying their best to make it safer and safer.
It would be a good experience but i feel that it is wasteing the money.it is just go up and see the space. However, if i have enough money to go up to space(when i grow up),i would think about it after the trip around the world(one of my dreams).

I feel that space tourism would be a great experience as you can see the earth, but i dont really think that it is worth as you only get to see the earth for a short while the you just land back on earth.I also feel that the person got the idea must be very creative as i dont think many people would actually thought about how can they save the earth by reusing the rockets and how can the rocket land safely.

Hi my dearest 6 Faiths! As many of you know, Ms Mas' birthday falls on the month of August (later in the month) which makes me a true blue Virgoan. Assessing my personality traits, I can see many similarities with the characteristics that are reflective of my star sign. On 19 of december,two days after we move house,my father took us to a chalet near wild wild wet.On the first day we are suppose to go to the beach but it was raining.So we went around the place.at evening my cousins came.So I take my bubble maker and play with them.soon my aunt and uncle came.So very soon we went for barbecue.I have to comment that the satay taste like raw meat.After that we when to the arcade since we can't go bowling.then we went to sleep.But I couldn't sleep from all the sound next door.I was again woken up by all those sound.So we went for a stroll at the beach.After that we went back to the chalet to change our clothes as we are going to wild wild wet.When we reach there we have a lot of fun there but then my sister broke her goggles and she was lucky to.When we went home,we all have sun burnt and I drank too much water.the worst part is that because of my goggles,that why I say my sister is lucky and I always get bad luck which I don't know why,there was a mark on my face that make me look like I am wearing a mask as the goggles protect me from sun burnt.It is ridiculous that is why I say I have all the bad luck.
